Courtney Hain brings a lifetime of customer service, community connection, and local knowledge to her real estate career. Born into a hardworking family who owned three Pizza shops in Marin County, Courtney grew up greeting customers, learning the value of relationships, and understanding what it means to serve a community. Those early years shaped her natural ability to connect with people and support them through important decisions.
Courtney moved to American Canyon at age three and spent much of her childhood in Marin with her grandparents, giving her deep roots across Napa, and Marin counties. After years of working in her family’s businesses, she pursued a business education, became a mother, and continued building her customer?service experience. For the past six years, she has worked with Instacart, gaining firsthand familiarity with countless neighborhoods, streets, and communities throughout the region — knowledge that now gives her clients a meaningful advantage.
Driven by a desire to build a career of her own after becoming a single mother, Courtney chose real estate because she loves helping people move into new chapters of their lives. She believes every client deserves confidence, clarity, and support as they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Her ideal clients are families — whether they’re growing, downsizing, or helping their children buy their first home — and anyone looking for a real estate partner who listens, cares, and advocates for their needs.
Outside of work, Courtney is a proud sci?fi and fantasy fan who loves Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel, and anything nerdy. She feels most at home in nature, whether she’s camping in the redwoods at Samuel P. Taylor State Park or taking her kids to the comic book shop before heading out to the coast.
