Gladys Gil is a proud Napa native who brings strong local roots, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others to her real estate career. Born and raised in Napa, Gladys has a deep connection to the community she serves and takes pride in assisting clients as they navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Gladys is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a wider range of clients and help ensure that communication is clear and comfortable throughout every step of the process. She studied Business Administration and Bookkeeping at Napa Valley College and continued her education at Solano Community College, where she completed coursework in real estate.
Before beginning her real estate career, Gladys spent four years working in office administration, payroll, and accounting. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in organization, time management, attention to detail, and client service—skills that now translate seamlessly into helping clients buy and sell homes with confidence.
Driven by a desire to build a meaningful career where she could serve people more directly, Gladys made the decision to transition into real estate and pursue her license—an accomplishment she considers one of her proudest achievements. She is grateful to be part of the EO&A team, where she continues to learn, grow, and develop the expertise needed to guide clients successfully through the real estate process.
Family plays a central role in Gladys’s life and has been her greatest source of motivation throughout her professional journey. As a mother of two young daughters, she understands the importance of balance, perseverance, and building a future for the next generation. Her experiences have shaped her strong work ethic and commitment to providing thoughtful, reliable service.
When she is not working with clients, Gladys enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters—watching movies, trying new restaurants, and shopping together on the weekends.
